Standard Workshop

The standard workshop takes a cohort, regardless of individual start levels, from the group start point to as far as possible in two hours. This covers basics; physical mechanics and mental mindset reframing, aiming to bring on each individual as far as they can go. Safe and sound individual practice with individualised feedback focuses on the presentation, performance and confidence of each person.
The optimal number of participants for this group is eight, however, smaller or larger numbers can be made to work too.
This workshop has been run successfully over the last five years, for a wide variety of cohort levels across a wide spectrum of fields.
Further sessions can then be arranged to explore the deeper needs and tailor practice to specific content delivery and to reach higher levels of ability.

This day is tailored to the specific cohort and can involve an interactive hour presentation, a two hour basic workshop and further specific practice for specific content delivery and higher, more advanced levels of delivery.
Training the Trainers - Workshop

This workshop trains people who are responsible for helping others to deliver presentations with confidence (e.g. educators — whatever the subject — who want their students to deliver with confidence, or employers who want to help employees present with confidence). This begins with establishing foundations and cleaning up ineffective thinking with regards to Public Speaking, and moves to example practice, individual questions answered and a discussion of the potential for application. Personal Coaching - One on One

For those who have a specific goal, speech to deliver or those who want to increase their confidence, personal coaching will begin after establishing clear goals whereby the client can measure their success, a mutually agreed route forwards and delivery of such.
This is ideal for those who need personal attention, privacy during the learning process, exclusivity and confidentiality.
Public Zoom Workshop

On occasion, TEAL hosts a public workshop on zoom through eventbrite. Cohort size is limited to a maximum of eight participants who usually join from across the world. This is the cheapest way to access TEAL training.
Interview Training
Individuals
This is aimed at people who:
Are competent for the job they are applying for;
Have received an invitation to interview (If you are not getting interviews then please seek help for your CV, cover letter, experience building, and identifying suitable positions from another source);
If asked, “How much do you want this job?” would answer, with honesty, “100%!”
The process:
A brief introduction call
Client sends CV, Cover letter, and interview information
TEAL conducts specific research
A mock interview is then conducted on zoom and recorded. This interview will take many forms and delve into any area, aiming to pull out any areas that can be improved. The client is asked to bring themselves to this session exactly as they would if it were the real interview in terms of preparation and appearance.
After the interview has concluded, honest feedback is given and any discussion that arises is also recorded.
The recording is sent to the client for them to watch and make informed decisions themselves as to how they wish to proceed. This usually means heading confidently to the real interview, or sometimes, asking for further mock interviews.
Track record? Of the last 15 clients, 14 got the job they wanted. Of those, five were offered the job with a significantly greater package than advertised due to “how well they presented at interview”.
And you’re wondering what happened to the 15th — they in fact got the very next job they applied for, which they were actually far happier with.
